Michael brings over 25 years of experience to New Era Security Services, Inc. He began his career as a security officer, shortly thereafter being promoted to Field Supervisor, Operations Manager, Branch Manager and then General Manager. As the General Manager, he was responsible for managing numerous high profile accounts in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, including large businesses, schools, government buildings, and private housing developments. Michael also brings a great deal of business acumen to the company, having owned, and operated several successful businesses for many years. Michael is an active Volunteer Firefighter with the Village of Ossining, N.Y., having held ranks as Lieutenant and Captain of his engine company. TERENCE HUBBARD
Director of Operations (NY)
Terence delivers over 10 years of experience to New Era Security Services, Inc. He began his career as a security officer, working up by being promoted to Field Supervisor, Operations Manager, and then Client Manager (Assistant Branch Manager). As a Client Manager, he was in charge of managing numerous accounts in the Tri-State Area. These accounts ranged from corporate real estate, schools, government buildings, housing developments, construction projects, retail and loss prevention, and healthcare facilities. Terence also brings with him an extraordinary amount of financial knowledge as well as his business experiences. Devan murray
Director of Operations (FL)
Devan Murray joins the New Era team as we expand into the state of Florida. Devan is a Pace University Alumni and a certified Crisis Prevention and Intervention Instructor with over 10 years of experience in the security industry. Being certified in basic life support skills and a verbal de-escalation specialist, New Era Security Services is happy to have Devan as its Director of Operations overseeing the Florida area. Devan also enjoys working with people, having been a Volunteer Fire Firefighter, a camp director, a high school football and softball coach, and a crisis counselor for a day treatment school for many years. ALYSSA AURORA
Human Resources Manager
Alyssa brings 5 years of experience in the Security industry. She is the Human Resource Manager for New Era Security Services, Inc. She started her career as a Security Officer and was quickly recognized as a leader and was then promoted to Human Resource Coordinator. As the Human Resource Coordinator, she was responsible for onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and company policy. Alyssa currently holds a Bachelor's Degree of Science in Communications with a focus in Public Relations from SUNY Purchase College. Working through the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, Alyssa was essential to the hiring and placement of over 500 security professionals to service different counties in New York State as essential employees. Alyssa is currently a Basketball and Field Hockey coach in two Westchester County School districts and is continuing her education to become a certified New York State High School Art Teacher. MJ AURORA
Senior Support Specialist
MJ brings several years of experience to New Era Security Services Inc. Beginning as a security officer, he was quickly promoted to administrative assistant, working in both Operations and HR while continuing his officer duties. MJ has assisted in startups, conducted mass hiring events, and has experience working in commercial, residential, education, and hospitality industries. MJ is actively studying to obtain his Bachelor's Degree in order to become an engineer through the University of Rhode Island. This will provide a diverse perspective for the development of New Era Security Services and an innovative way of thinking for the company's continued growth and success. Will Reyes
Security Manager
Will joins the New Era team bringing with him lifelong ties to the New York and Connecticut communities. Attending Lincoln Tech and graduating from Boces Tech, Will’s in-depth knowledge and skills lead him to become a supervisor for many trades throughout his career. Working as a supervisor, managing retail sales, and finding time to coach various recreational youth sports teams, makes him a great addition to the New Era Security Services management team. Kevin Castro
Security Manager
Kevin brings to New Era Security Services many years of experience in the security industry. Starting out as a security officer, Kevin quickly began to stand out in his role which then led to him becoming a lead vehicle patrol officer. Working in that lead role, he continued to grow and went on to become a Field Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Service Manager. Kevin now serves as Security Manager putting to use his extensive knowledge he gained while working in industries such as private residential communities, mobile patrol details, commercial lobby concierge, religious organizations, and educational institutions. We are proud to have Kevin as part of the team, handling armed, and unarmed events, he truly knows how to place the right officer with the right client to meet the location's needs and expectations for all. Michael Lue
Training Instructor
Michael Lue Joins the New Era team bringing with him his independent LLC. As the founder and director of LNL Security Services, a company specializing in security guard training, Michael "Lue" is extremely dedicated. Lue is a certified NYS General Topics Instructor, approved by the NYS Division of Criminal Justice. Additionally, he is an active-duty U.S. Army Veteran and a graduate of CUNY John Jay College. With a strong work ethic, he began his career as a security guard and steadily climbed the ranks to management. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in various sectors of the security industry, including commercial, residential, corporate, and social services. Lue has over 10 years of management experience in security guard services, having worked for several top leading security companies.
