UNIQUE MANAGEMENT
We have executed our unique style of operations management in many locations over the years, which has proven to be successful. Our dedicated 24 hour-a-day service is designed to provide peace of mind while keeping clients fully informed in real time. We are committed to having Field Supervisors on the road 24/7, actively working in the field, going site-to-site, taking calls on our dedicated 24-hour line, resolving issues such as call outs, coverage needs, emergency requests, incidents, and more.
We are proud that this service is like no other. All Field Supervisors carry with them a geofenced device which is mapped to all places they visit. While visiting a location they will conduct an inspection report on that device. This report asks a series of questions and can be catered to any client needs. Once completed, it will generate a report, and automatically send an email to a designated distribution list in real time. Any deficiencies will be fully transparent on what was found, what action was taken to correct the issue, and, at times, include pictures, or videos in the report. This truly is the meaning of transparency and value added.
