Employee Download Instructions

Employees of New Era Security Services Inc. must download and access the following mobile applications to keep up with company news and policies, monitor their individual payroll, tax information, documents, schedules, and, at some sites, to conduct security operations.

Paycor

The Paycor Mobile App allows you to: - View and acknowledge Company Policies - View your payroll and paid time off - Print your paystubs - And more
To download the Paycor Mobile App on iPhone click "Download on the App Store" below
To download the Paycor Mobile App on Android click "Get it on Google Play" below:
To access Paycor on a Computer or Web Browser click here
To access Paycor you must enter your Username and Password that you created during your Onboarding process. Username: The email address you applied to the company with or the username you created during the Onboarding links process Password: The password you created through the Onboarding links process
To reset your password for the Paycor Mobile App:
  • Open the Paycor Mobile App
  • Select Forgot Password
  • Enter your Email Address and your Username
  • * Select Forgot Username and enter your Email Address if you don't know your username
  • Paycor will send you an email with instructions to set a new password
To change your password in the Paycor Mobile App:
  • Open the Paycor Mobile App and Login
  • On the bottom menu select Menu on the right
  • Selecct Settings towards the bottom
  • Select Change Password
  • Enter your current passowrd
  • Enter your new password

TrackTik Shift

The TrackTik SHIFT App allows you to: - Clock in to shifts - Clock out of shifts - View your schedule in a calendar format - And more
To download the TrackTik SHIFT App on iPhone click "Download on the App Store" below
To download the TrackTik SHIFT App on Android click "Get it on Google Play" below:
To access the TrackTik SHIFT App you must enter the New Era Security Services Domain and your Username and Password. Domain: newerasecurity.staffr.com Username: Your Employee ID Number (# starting with 445) Password: If it is your first time accessing TrackTik your temporary password is Newera23! (with a capital N)
*You must change your password after logging in with the temporary password*
To reset your password for the TrackTik SHIFT App:
  • Open the TrackTik SHIFT Mobile App
  • Select or enter the Domain
  • Select Forgot your password?
  • Enter your Email Address
  • TrackTik will send you an email with instructions to set a new password
To change your password in the TrackTik SHIFT App:
  • Open the TrackTik SHIFT App and Login
  • On the bottom menu select the logo on the right
  • Select Account Credentials
  • Select Password
  • Enter your current password
  • Enter your new password

TrackTik Guard tour

The TrackTik Guard Tour App is used at specific client locations to assist and strengthen our security programs. Employees in need of the TrackTik Guard Tour App will be notified of this by their operations manager. The TrackTik Guard Tour App allows you to:
- Conduct Tours and Inspections- File digital Inciednt and Activity Reports - Access post orders virtually- And more

To download the TrackTik Guard Tour App on Android click "Get it on Google Play" below:
To access the TrackTik Guard Tour App you must enter the New Era Security Services Domain, the Site Code, your Username, your Password. Domain: newerasecurity.staffr.com Instalation Code: Provided to you by your operations manager, if your site uses Guard Tour Username: Your Employee ID Number (starting with 445) Password: The same password you use for the TrackTik SHIFT App
To change your password for the TrackTik Guard Tour App, you must go to the TrackTik SHIFT App and rest your password in there, see the instructions above for how to reset your TrackTik SHIFT App password.
