We can provide additional services such as vehicle patrols, large and small special event coverage, fire guards, fire life safety directors, and more. Unarmed Security

New Era Security Services Inc. provides unarmed security officers for various industries. All of our security officers are licensed by the required state authorities to conduct unarmed security services. Our guards are trainned to monitor and report in the fields of gatehouse management, concierge service, vehicle patrol and much more. We partner with our clients to develop unique security programs on a site by site basis. As a result, we pride ourselves on employing teachable unarmed security officers who learn and adapt to new and changing expectations.

Armed Security

In addition to our unarmed services, New Era Security Services Inc. provides armed security officers for various assignments. All of our armed security officers are licensed by the appropriate state authorities and our HR team works to maintain the most up to date records on all of their armed licensing requirements. Our armed security officers prioritize professionalism and discretion while protecting both property and people. While we do employ state certified officers, we pride ourselves on the sustained relationships with active and retired law enforcement who provide top of the line service when it comes to armed security.

Residential

In Purchase, Harrison, and Scarsdale, New York our gatehouse staff balance welcoming customer service with accountable access control. In Yonkers, New York our staff utilize TrackTik technology to conduct guided, detailed foot patrols securing the property on a nightly basis. In Davenport, Florida our staff utilize TrackTik technology to conduct guided vehicle patrol monitoring and conduct routine reports on overnight activity. Regardless of the type of service provided, our priority is to ensure the safety of the residents, visitors, and property within the communities we service.

HealthCare

We are proud to be able to secure and protect various health center locations in Greenburgh, Mount Vernon and Yonkers, New York. New Era Security Services Inc. is proud to support local educators in providing and maintaining a safe learning environment. In Rye, New York our staff ensure a friendly, safe, and secure school day for all students and teachers. For a Manhattan based Nursery School, our staff provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere for the entire schools community. At a college in White Plains, New York we work closely with their security director to actively expand access control and visitor management procedures that serve to protect the entire college community.

In Briarcliff Manor, New York we provide security on an as-need basis for special events and overnight monitoring. Our management teams excel at being flexible with the needs of our clients. We utilize TrackTik to close the gaps between our management team, our guards and our client. Additionally, we sustain a well versed fleet of vehicles that increase the speed and efficiency of our security programs.

Technology

We partner with TrackTik to bring clients first class technology for all of their security needs. Security officers conduct geofenced tours which are routed directly to the client for complete transparency. Our team works with clients to develop custom site inspections which are carried out by our field supervisors.
