We are pleased to offer various benefit options such as medical, vision, and dental insurance to all full-time employees who continuously work 30 or more hours per week. At New Era, we are committed to your health and safety, which is why we contribute a significant portion of the cost on all offered plans, helping provide affordable coverage and peace of mind.
Benefit eligibility and enrollment
- New Full-Time Employees will be eligible to enroll during the first 30 days of employment using the Paycor Mobile App or online at Paycor.com.
- ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES WHO ENROLL IN COVERAGE WILL BEGIN TO RECEIVE THEIR BENEFITS AND DEDUCTIONS ON THE 1ST DAY OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING 60 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Existing employees will have an annual open enrollment period to enroll, change, or waive any of the benefit plans.
- There will be one open enrollment period per year, policy rates and offered plans are subject to change each year and all changes will be communicated at the beginning of each open enrollment period.

- Login to Paycor
- Navigate to My Tasks
- Complete the Benefit Package document review
